Common questions
My activities disappeared
This can happen after reinstalling the app or restoring a device without an iCloud backup. Unfortunately, activity data is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered remotely. If this happens, we’re sorry — email us and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.
My subscription isn’t showing up
Go to Settings → Restore Purchasesin the app. If that doesn’t work, make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then try again. Still stuck? Email us.
I want a refund
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s refund process.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settingsapp on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find UghOkay → Cancel. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
